What it does

Clarity and priorities

Adaptive Assistant helps you understand what needs attention across work and life, based on what you tell it and the tools you choose to connect.

Decisions and execution

Capture decisions, tasks, commitments, and waiting-fors so fewer important items stall as Decision Debt.

Optional connections

You can connect Gmail, Google Calendar, and other providers so Adaptive can surface commitments and conflicts. Connections are optional and can be disconnected anytime.

Private workspace

Your Adaptive account is yours. You control permissions, knowledge, readiness history, and account deletion from Settings.

How we use Google user data

Adaptive Assistant only accesses Google data when you choose to sign in with Google and/or connect Google services. Sign-in uses identity only. Gmail and Calendar are optional Connect steps you can disconnect anytime.

Gmail (when you connect Gmail)

Adaptive Assistant requests Gmail access only after you choose Connect. Read access helps surface commitments and follow-ups from mail you authorize. Draft or send access is used only when you ask Adaptive to prepare or send mail and your Adaptive permissions allow it. Adaptive does not use Gmail to advertise to others.

Google Calendar (when you connect Calendar)

Calendar access helps Adaptive understand capacity, conflicts, and upcoming events so it can prepare you for what is ahead. Event create/update access is used only with your intent and Adaptive permissions. You can disconnect Calendar anytime.

Sign in with Google (identity only)

If you use Sign in with Google, Adaptive receives basic profile identity (such as name and email) to create or access your account. That login does not grant Gmail or Calendar access — those require a separate Connect step.
